happy easter

soren had a wonderful first easter. this week i went to have his photo taken with the easter bunny at the mall with my friend celeste and her daughter. i guess the photos were better than expected, with both of them stopping the crying long enough to get one shot without tears, but our visit was cut short because neither of them could be consoled once the photo shoot was over.

then yesterday we went to jim's parents' house, where we spent the afternoon lounging outside and enjoying the nice warm weather, and then over to my sister and her hubby's for some darn good ham, baked beans and the best potato salad i've ever had.
oh, and by the way, i knew that i had jinxed myself once again. he hasn't slept through the night since friday, but he did have a nice 6 hour stretch last night. i think i like where this is headed.
