week 7

so i'm signed up for these weekly emails where you receive a photo and a description of the embryo's growth for that particular week. here is the photo for week 7. it is so cute, in an alien sort of way! this week the tadpole is about half an inch long, and facial features are visible, including a mouth and tongue. the eyes have a retina and lens. wow.

i had a horrible night's sleep last night. i just can't get comfortable. i feel like i have that restless leg syndrome all over my body. i think i might have to hit up my nap room again today.
